Fast Tracks is a friendly indoor electric model car club, we generally race 1/10th touring cars but welcome any kind of on road electric cars out there. Anything from Mardave’s to F1’s – as long as they aren’t going to ruin our carpet, are welcome. We try our upmost to group heats, leagues, and finals by ability to give drivers of all experience levels a fun racing experience. We pride ourselves on our relaxed fun racing experience that includes novices and more experienced racers.
We also use an AMBrc lap timing system, so if you are thinking of coming along and have a compatible personal transponder please bring it with you! In the same sentiment if you don’t have one, don’t worry – we will time you manually. It’s worth noting at this point if you race in one of our events you will be expected to Marshall the race after your own. Don’t worry it’s nothing major, all you have to do is stand at the designated points and assist the RC cars if they become stuck or breakdown, and generally help keep the race flowing.
Every now and then we also run a 10 week event with trophy’s and certificates for various different achievements. These can get quite competitive and are usually immense fun, for all of our drivers. So if you’re just staring out or want to fine tune your ability’s there is a place for you here at Fast Tracks.
